Return & Exchange Policy: We offer a return and exchange policy for defective items only. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, you must report the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your order. And your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately via email at naz.abayaaa@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect, including clear photos.
Once we receive your request, we will carefully inspect the issued item and notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether a return or a replacement is applicable due to the defect. If eligible, you can choose to receive a store credit or exchange it for a replacement.
Refund Policy: We do not provide cash refunds for any products purchased from our store. Instead, we offer store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Store credit is non-transferable and is associated with your customer account.
Return Policy: We offer returns in the form of store credit only. This means you can exchange your item for a credit that can be used for future purchases in our store.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you a similar item or a return of a store credit.
Store Credit Policy: For returns and exchanges, we offer a full refund as store credit which will be issued in the form of a digital voucher or coupon code. It will be provided for the value of the (returned items), excluding any shipping fees or discounts applied. You can use your store credit within 2 months to purchase any products available in our store. Please note that store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping across the UAE on all orders. However, a 20 dirhams shipping fee will be applied for exchanges or returns.
Important Note:
*We do not accept cancellations for orders once they have been placed.
* The store credits expire in 2 months from the date of issue.
* While we strive for perfection, minor variations are a natural part of the unique character of each piece and shouldn't be considered defects.
